Driving hours
As you add the schedule and route of the rides, OneTruck will automatically calculate the driving hours and will display it at the top of the page, below the customer selection row.
In this section, you can add a pause, and it will reduce the gross hours to calculate the net driving hours. The net driving hour is the figure that will be used to calculate the salary of the selected driver and the revenue of the service.
Please note that you need to enter the pause using decimals. For example, You need to enter “1.75” for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
If, for any reason, you receive a fixed number of hours from your client, regardless of the actual driving hours, you can enter the agreed hours in the “Fixed hours” section in decimal format. Once you enter a fixed billing hour, that number will be used to calculate the revenue of the service and the pause and net driving hour will be ignored. Please note that the working hours of the driver will still be calculated using the net driving hour.
