Hourly rates

In this section, you need to enter the hourly rates of the service.

When you select a customer, OneTruck will automatically fill this section for you (based on the rates defined for the customer and the billing date) to facilitate your workflow and reduce possible human errors.

You need to provide an hourly rate for your truck. If you use your own trailer, you can add an extra hourly rate for using your own trailer, if that is part of your agreement.

These hourly rates are multiplied by the invoice hours (net driving hours or fixed hours) and will be part of the total revenue of the service. You can see the subtotal of each multiplication as you edit the data of the service.

If your service spans more than one day, you can define different rates for each date. OneTruck will automatically calculate the relevant invoice hours of each date based on the schedule of the service.
