Notes

A service might require a lot of explanations or remarks. There are three types of notes you can add to a service.

In the left input, you can add an internal note. This note can only be seen by your employee within OneTruck. This note cannot be seen by your driver or your customer.

In the middle input, you can add an instruction for your driver. The contents of this input will appear in the schedule generated for the driver. Do not enter any information that you do not wish your driver to see.

In the right input, you can add a note or explanation for the customer. The contents of this input will appear in the billing summary generated for the customer. Do not enter any information that you do not wish your customer to see.
