Add a stop

A ride will only contain the billing information. To schedule the path and required tasks, you have to add the required stops to the ride. Having a stop is optional and there is no limit on the number of stops you can add to a ride.

Please note that the number and contents of the stops have no effect on the billing or the working hours of the driver. The stops are only meant to outline the paths and the necessary actions of the ride.

To add a stop, you can click on the “Add a stop” button at the bottom of the ride card. As soon as you click on the button, a rectangle appears above the button, with a clear demarcation from the ride.

At the top-left corner of the rectangle, you can add the start and end times of the stop. This start and end time has no effect on the billing and the working hours of the driver.

Below the times, you need to select the type of stop. The type of stop will indicate the nature of the stop and the required action for the driver, e.g. load.

In the middle of the rectangle, you can add the address of the stop. Please note that for the country, you need to enter the two-digit country code. In many cases, the name of a country varies from language to language. This difference in spelling or naming can create confusion. So, we use the two-digit country code to avoid any confusion. Here are the country codes of the EU countries:

  • AT - Austria
  • BE - Belgium
  • BG - Bulgaria
  • HR - Croatia
  • CY - Cyprus
  • CZ - Czech Republic
  • DK - Denmark
  • EE - Estonia
  • FI - Finland
  • FR - France
  • DE - Germany
  • GR - Greece
  • HU - Hungary
  • IE - Ireland
  • IT - Italy
  • LV - Latvia
  • LT - Lithuania
  • LU - Luxembourg
  • MT - Malta
  • NL - Netherlands
  • PL - Poland
  • PT - Portugal
  • RO - Romania
  • SK - Slovakia
  • SI - Slovenia
  • ES - Spain
  • SE - Sweden

You can add an instruction for the driver for each stop. This instruction will be shown to the driver and can be very long and detailed. You can also specify a dock number for the stop.

In some cases, a stop might have a different service number than the rest of the stops. In that case, you can specify the different number for the stop.
