Add your employees
You can create a separate account for each of your employees. There is no limit on the number of your employees, and creating a new account for an employee is free of charge.This section is not intended for your drivers. Your drivers won't have an account on the web platform. We will explain the process of adding a profile for your drivers later.
To open the `Employees` section, open the drawer menu by clicking on the menu icon on your screen`s top-left corner and selecting the `Employees` section.
If you are not an admin user and don't see the "Employees" section, you don't have permission to access this section.
- 'username': The username of the employee. The username should be unique among all the users.
- 'email': The email of the employee. The email should be unique among all the users. Please note that the new employee has to verify their email before being able to use the platform. So, please make sure that the email is accessible.
- 'Language': Select the preferred language of your employee. This setting only changes the language of the account of the new employee and won't affect your personal account or the company.
- 'password': The temporary password of the employee used for the initial login. After setting the password, please pass it along to the new employee. If you forget the password before informing the new user, they can reset their password.
Each new user is created with a default set of permissions. You can learn more about these permissions here.
You can disable the account of an employee as well. Once their account is disabled, they can no longer login into the platform and access any data. Learn more about disabling employees here.
